Hello there!
Wow, that was a start. To be honest we never expected that many beta testers. We now have 1,000 eager Mac users awaiting an invite code. It is amazing that so many of you have signed up and yet have no clue what for. Although I can’t go into details just yet (where would be the fun in that) I can promise you that it is not a scam, nor vaporware, nor yet another Twitter client. And for the record it also has nothing to do with MobileMe. Now you’re probably even more clueless than before.
CloudApp is a product created by Linebreak (formerly known as Midtone Design www.midtonedesign.com ), a group of interface designers and developers. We keep stuff simple and usable (form follows function). Our team is lead by Jonatan www.twitter.com/ddrdark , Nick twitter.com/nckplsn and Max twitter.com/mschoening . Enough about us, let’s get started with CloudApp.
Check out the icon for the beta app (let us know what you think via Twitter twitter.com/getcloudapp ). It is still subject to change and improvement but we think it’s pretty sexy.
